Item7: Add export to GraphML

JUNG and prefuse.org and others seem to all understand the GraphML language as their file format (http://graphml.graphdrawing.org/). I propose we also start using this, or at least provide an export function for that. This way we can test some other visualization and maybe eventually move to those. It would be great if we finally got a more generic way of visualizing data.
